If you are located in Bulgaria and in a town other than Lovech, you can send us the damaged products:

If the damaged product has a valid warranty and its damages are covered by this warranty, Devimax will pay all transporation fees in both directions (from and to the client). Please do not forget to send us your warranty along with your products.

If the damaged product does not have a valid warranty or its damage is not covered by its warranty, Devimax will pay the transporation fees when returning the serviced product to the client. In this case the client will have to arrange for the transportation of the product to the Devimax service.

The above conditions are valid only for clients located in Bulgaria.
